Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers

Details:

In partnership with Whiteboard It, one of Birmingham's premiere web and app developers, I was asked to create several pages for the online and app interfaces for Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. The challenge here was to simultaneously give the interfaces a fresh, modern feel, while making sure the design stayed in line with the rest of the previously designed content. This also had to be done in a very small window of time. Ultimately though, these screens came out to be very strong despite the challenges involved.

B’ham Food Trucks

Birmingham Food Trucks

Details:

I was part of the creative team which originated Birmingham Food Trucks, a platform which tracks local food trucks and maps them in real time, according to the user's location.  I created the brand, designed the merchandising and marketing pieces, and I designed the app itself, from loading screen to user interface.

NeverMarried

NeverMarried

Details:

NeverMarried is a dating site which brings together singles who have never been married, and therefore provides a more specialized service than typically seen in the dating community. I created the brand, designed the website, created marketing materials, and designed the app's UX/UI, the prototype for which can be sampled in the video below.

Chisel App

Chisel

Details:

During a partnership with Whiteboard IT, one of Birmingham's top app developers, I was asked to design a brand and interface for Chisel, an app which serves the user by collecting his/her spare change from various purchases into an account which pays off the user's debt, little by little. It's not only a great idea, it also turned out to be a pretty excellent brand.
